Ranny Levy (the president of Kids First), Ann Church (Senior VP marketing) and other staffs organized the celemony put this beautiful and inspiring celamony together. The Award luncheon was provided by Santa Fe School of Cooking where film makers had amazing traditional dish that was prepared by experienced chiefs and staffs. Roxy's Dream

"Roxy’s Dream" is about my dog. I had adopted Roxy 4 months before I made this film.

She collects my shoes in her bed and chews them all. My precious shoes start running out really quickly. I was frustrated yet I tried to understand why she does what she does.

I came up with this short film by observing her with great love and imagination. She might have a good excuse. Maybe she was just dreaming about chasing birds and it happened to be shoes in real life. Or she was just bored… Oh well…

Roxy's Dream is being screened at Kids Film Festival at Brooklyn.
